- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Sour Cream - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - to taste
- Gelatin - 1 tablespoon
- Oranges - 1 piece
- Bananas - 1 piece
- Pears - 1 piece
Step by Step guide

To prepare the dessert, add sour cream and sugar to the cottage cheese.

Place the cottage cheese dessert in the refrigerator to cool for half an hour.

Blend the cottage cheese mixture with a blender.

Peel the fruits and cut them into slices, then in half, or into quarters.

Boil 100 ml of water and let it cool slightly. Gradually add the gelatin while constantly stirring until completely dissolved.

Pour the water with gelatin into the cottage cheese mixture and mix well.

Place a layer of fruits in a mold.

Pour the cottage cheese mixture over the fruits and add another layer of fruits.

Repeat this as many times as necessary.
Step 9
The last layer in the dessert should be the cottage cheese mixture. Decorate with the remaining slices of various fruits.
