Description
It is best to replace sugar with stevia + sorbitol / fructose. Even better is just honey. For fillers, it is best to use dried apricots, dates, raisins, nuts, coconut flakes, and as a last resort — candied fruits.
Ingredients
- 10% cream - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Vanillin - to taste
- Sugar Substitute - to taste
- Honey - to taste
- Dried Turkey - to taste
- Fermented Milk - 3 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Bring a glass of water to a boil, then add the dried apricots to the boiling water and cook for 5 minutes. Remove the dried apricots and chop them in a blender along with the nuts.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese, fructose / sorbitol / steviol glycoside (any favorite sugar substitute), the mixture of dried apricots and nuts, fermented baked milk, and sour cream until a thick dough-like consistency is formed. Optionally, honey can be added.
Step 3
Place the resulting mixture into a mold for Easter. Refrigerate for 12 hours.
Step 4
Remove from the mold and sprinkle with nuts.
