  • Farm fresh eggs - 3 pieces
  • Sugar - 1.8 oz
  • Salt - a pinch

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add semolina, sugar, salt, eggs, and mix. Set the dough aside for about 30 minutes.

Step 2

From this mixture, shape small balls and boil them in salted water. They are ready when they float to the surface. Serve with sour cream or plum jam. Alternatively, sprinkle with ground toasted breadcrumbs and sugar.
