Description
These breads turn out moist and fragrant. Instead of raisins, you can add any dried fruits and/or nuts. The dough is quite heavy and will not rise much. Once the breads are cooled, they can be decorated.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
- Whole Grain Bun - 8.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Salt - a pinch

Prepare the ingredients.

Pour the flour into a bowl.

Add the vanillin.
Step 4
Add the baking powder.
Step 5
Add salt.

Mix well.

In a separate container, crack the eggs.

Add sugar.

Whisk together.

Melt the butter and add it to the egg-sugar mixture.

Whisk again.

Add the cottage cheese.
