Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Milk - 7 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 12.3 oz
- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Sugar - 17.6 oz
- Salt - a pinch
- Dry yeast - 0.4 oz
- Butter - 4 tablespoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine the yeast with the milk and let it sit for 10–15 minutes.
Step 2
Add the eggs, cottage cheese, sugar, and salt. Whisk well.
Step 3
Then, add the flour and pour in the butter. Knead the dough.
Step 4
Place it in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Step 5
Divide the dough into 8 parts and place each part into a baking mold for Easter bread.
Step 6
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 20 minutes.
Step 7
Cool the finished breads, remove from the molds, and decorate with colorful icing.
