- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Chicken Egg - 4.1 oz
- Whole egg - 4.2 oz
- Dry yeast - 0.9 oz
- Sugar - 5.5 oz
- Honey - 1.2 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Vanilla extract - 1.1 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Butter - 6.7 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.5 oz
- Raisins - 13.4 oz
- Orange zest - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Combine milk, eggs, yolk, yeast, sugar, salt, honey, and vanilla paste in a bowl.
Step 2
Then add the flour.
Step 3
Beat all the ingredients until smooth, until the dough starts to pull away from the sides.
Step 4
Add softened butter and cream cheese, and mix. The result should be an elastic dough.
Step 5
Finally, fold in the raisins and orange zest.
Step 6
Let the dough rest at room temperature under plastic wrap for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Once the dough has risen, distribute it into molds. Set aside to proof until the dough rises to 1.5 cm below the edge of the mold.
Step 8
Then bake in the oven at 338°F for 20 minutes.
Step 9
Cover the finished bread with royal icing and decorate to taste.
