Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Nuts - 3.5 oz
- Raisins - 3.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.7 oz
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- 10% cream - 7 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
The preparation of cottage cheese Easter begins with the custard. Take a saucepan. Crack the eggs into it. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, and cream. Mix with a fork or blender. Heat the resulting mixture on the stove, stirring constantly, until it thickens. Once ready, place the custard in the refrigerator.
Step 2
While the custard cools, take the cottage cheese and pass it through a meat grinder. Then, grind the nuts through the meat grinder. When all ingredients are ready, place the cottage cheese in a bowl, add the softened butter, nuts, raisins (the raisins should be washed and dried beforehand). Finally, add the cooled custard. Mix everything together.
Step 3
Line the mold for the Easter with cheesecloth, pour the resulting mixture into it, close it, place a weight on top, and put it in the refrigerator. After 12 hours, the cottage cheese Easter is ready.
