Description
You can add any spice to the sugar for flavor: vanilla, ginger, cinnamon, whatever you like. After baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

- Wheat Flour - 3 cups
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Sugar - to taste
- Butter - 1 teaspoon
- Activated Baking Soda - ½ teaspoon
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mash the margarine (it can be replaced with butter if desired) until smooth, mix with sifted flour, egg, and baking soda (do not extinguish), then combine with cottage cheese and mash again.
Step 2
Make balls of equal size, roll them out like for a sweet pie. Do not roll the dough too thin, otherwise the cookies will be dry.
Step 3
Sprinkle with sugar and fold in half, sprinkle with sugar again and fold in half, slightly pressing the edges. In the end, you will get triangles.
Step 4
Grease the baking sheet with oil, you can bake on parchment paper. Preheat the oven to 180-392°F, baking time is 20-30 minutes. Bake until golden brown (do not overbake to avoid drying out the cookies).
