Ingredients
- Cherry - 1.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Oat flakes - 4 spoons
- Egg white - 1 piece
- Baking Powder - ½ spoons
- Vanillin - ½ spoons
- Fructose - 1 tablespoon
- Ground Cinnamon - 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil - ½ spoons
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Remove the pits from the cherries, place the flesh in a sieve, and let the juice drain by pressing down gently with a spoon.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with the egg white, then add the oats, vanilla powder, and cherry. You can also add a pinch of salt. Combine everything thoroughly.
Step 3
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, lightly greased with vegetable oil.
Step 4
Using a tablespoon, place small patties (about 4 cm in diameter) onto the baking sheet - 8 pieces. Sprinkle with cinnamon and fructose.
Step 5
Place in a preheated oven for 30-40 minutes at 140°C. At the end of the cooking time, leave in the oven for an additional 5 minutes on the grill setting.
