Cottage cheese in chocolate with fruits

Ingredients

  • Sugar - 3 spoons
  • Chocolate - 5.3 oz
  • Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
  • Kiwi - to taste
  • Canned water chestnuts - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler or microwave. Using a silicone brush, thoroughly coat the molds with chocolate. Don’t skimp on the chocolate – make sure the layer is generous. Once all the molds are covered in chocolate, place them in the freezer.

Step 2

While the chocolate is setting, prepare the cottage cheese filling. To do this, mix the cottage cheese with sugar. Use a blender (or pass it through a sieve) to combine the sugar and cottage cheese until you achieve a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Chop the kiwi. Chop the cherries.

Step 4

Remove the molds from the freezer and fill them with the filling, alternating layers of cottage cheese and fruit. If you prefer not to layer, you can mix the cottage cheese with the fruit. The filling should be almost to the top. Pour chocolate on top and smooth it out. Place everything back in the freezer.

Step 5

Remove the molds from the freezer (the chocolate sets quickly, in about 5 minutes, and the treat is ready). Carefully remove the chocolate-covered cheese from the silicone molds.
