Ingredients
- Sour Cream - 8.8 oz
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 7.1 oz
- Cocoa Powder - 3 tablespoons
- Gelatin - 0.7 oz
- Yubileynoye Cookies - 5 pieces
- Sugar - ⅓ cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the gelatin in 0.5 cup of cold boiled water for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Blend the sugar, cottage cheese, and sour cream together.
Step 3
Heat about 4 tablespoons of milk in a saucepan over low heat (important not to let it boil, just to make it slightly hot). Add the gelatin and dissolve it in the milk while stirring. Incorporate the gelatin into the cottage cheese mixture.
Step 4
Divide the mixture into 3 parts. Add cocoa to one part (cocoa doesn't mix well with a fork), mix the second part with crushed cookies (but not into crumbs, leave it coarser), and keep the third part white.
Step 5
Line a deeper mold with plastic wrap. Pour in 2 tablespoons alternately. Place in the refrigerator for 4 hours.
