- Wheat Flour - 1½ glasses
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a bowl, cream the softened butter with the sugar.

Add all the remaining ingredients: eggs, cottage cheese, lemon zest, flour, and baking powder. Mix everything until smooth and pour into a loaf pan.
Step 3
