- Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
- Citrus Zest Mix - 2 tablespoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Raisins - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 4.2 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, then add melted butter.
Step 2
Gradually add the sifted flour, mixing well.
Step 3
Add the baking powder and vanillin.
Step 4
Grate the lemon zest and add it to the batter.
Step 5
Add the raisins and mix.
Step 6
Fill the greased molds with the batter up to 2/3 full and bake at 356°F for 25 minutes.
