- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- Apple - 17.6 oz
- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Lime - 1 piece

Step 1
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
Step 2
Mix the soft fat-free cottage cheese with 150 grams of sugar, add the whipped egg whites and the juice of half a lime to the mixture. Stir everything together and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Meanwhile, peel the apples and chop them finely. Spread them on a baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining sugar, and place in a preheated oven (356°F) for 15 minutes. Once the apples are soft, remove them, let cool, and mash into a puree.
Step 4
Layer the cottage cheese mixture and the puree in serving dishes. You can drizzle with lime juice and garnish with almond flakes or mint leaves.
