  • Cottage cheese - 14.1 oz
  • 20% Sour Cream - 3 tablespoons
  • Donut Peaches - 1 piece
  • Pitted Wild Apricots - 1.8 oz
  • Fresh Mint - 0.4 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

In a blender bowl, place the cottage cheese, add the sour cream and honey.

Step 2

Whip well until a smooth and fluffy consistency is achieved.

Step 3

Peel the peach and slice it thinly.

Step 4

Place the cottage cheese mixture into a dessert cup.

Step 5

Rinse the prunes, dry them with a kitchen towel, and cut them into thin strips.

Step 6
