Description

- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Sugar - 5.3 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the eggs with sugar, using the amount according to your taste: if you like it very sweet, use 200 g; if you prefer it less sweet, use 100-150 g. Then add the cottage cheese and melted butter, and mix well. Gradually add vanilla sugar, flour with baking powder, and knead the dough.
Step 2
Fill the molds with the batter up to 2/3 full. If you're not using silicone molds or paper liners, be sure to grease the molds with oil. Bake at 356°F for 25–30 minutes. Check for doneness with a toothpick.
