Description
Depending on the choice of berries, the dessert will vary. In my recipe, I used gooseberries with raspberries. Instead of cream, you can add sour cream, but in this case, it's better to use sweet berries.
Ingredients
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Egg white - 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour - 9 tablespoons
- Sugar - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanillin - 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Cream 22% - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh Berries - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk the sugar and eggs thoroughly with a mixer. Add vanillin. Crush the butter into the flour and add the baking powder. The butter should be thawed in advance by taking it out of the refrigerator. Mix everything in one bowl and add the milk. Stir everything thoroughly.
Step 2
Prepare the baking molds. Grease metal molds with butter and sprinkle with flour. Silicone and paper molds are ready for baking. Pour the batter into the molds, considering that it will rise a bit. Place the molds in a preheated oven at 200–446°F (increased temperature may damage the silicone mold). Bake for 20–25 minutes.
Step 3
Cool for 1–2 minutes, then cut off the top of the muffin for the cottage cheese filling. Cut carefully, avoiding damage to the edges. Mix the cut-off part in one bowl with the cottage cheese and cream, adding a couple of berries for color variation in the filling. Carefully place the filling, decorating with berries.
