- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Raisins - 1 tablespoon
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and cottage cheese until smooth.
Step 2
Soften the butter and add it to the mixture.
Step 3
Sift the flour and add the baking powder.
Step 4
Combine everything together and add the raisins.
Step 5
Pour the batter into silicone baking molds, filling them 2/3 full, as the batter will rise.
Step 6
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F for 30–40 minutes.
Step 7
Dust the cooled muffins with powdered sugar.
