Description
I served the cookies with hot chocolate. I mixed natural cocoa (brought from Sri Lanka) with water and cornstarch, cooked it, and then added a spoonful of honey — it was very delicious.
Ingredients
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 7.1 oz
- Vanilla extract - 0 fl oz
- Oat flakes - 5.3 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, egg, and about half of the oat flakes, add the vanilla extract, and mix well.
Step 2
Add the cherries to the dough, and pour the remaining flakes onto a flat plate.
Step 3
Pinch off pieces of dough with wet hands, roll them into balls, and coat them in the flakes.
Step 4
Bake at a temperature of 180–374°F until golden brown (about 25 minutes).
