- Turnips - 6 pieces
- Semolina - 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour - 2 tablespoons
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece
- Salt - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Boil the peeled carrots in a small amount of water until soft. Pass the cooked carrots through a meat grinder, add butter, semolina, and heat for another 5 minutes over low heat, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese (passed through a meat grinder), salt, sugar, egg, and flour to the mixture, and mix well.
Step 3
Form small patties, coat them in flour, and fry in well-heated oil until golden brown on both sides.
