- Egg white - 2 pieces
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 17.6 oz
- Sugar - 0.7 oz
- Vanilla salt - 0.2 oz
- Semolina - 1.8 oz
- Desiccated coconut - 2.1 oz
- Vegetable Oil - 0 fl oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 160–356°F, prepare the necessary equipment, you will need a mixer and an ice cream scoop.
Step 2
Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until a thick foam forms. If you prefer it sweeter, simply increase the amount of sugar to 50–100 grams.
Step 3
Add the cottage cheese and continue mixing, adding a couple of drops of vegetable oil.
Step 4
Stir in the semolina and shredded coconut — continue mixing.
Step 5
Using an ice cream scoop, place equal portions of the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Step 6
Bake for about 30 minutes.
Step 7
In convection mode at 180 degrees, they may brown a bit; it's better to set it to 160, and after turning off, let them sit for another 10 minutes.
