- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Salad Potatoes - 28.2 oz
- Sugar - 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream - 5 tablespoons
- Wheat Flour - 1 cup
- Vegetable Oil - 3 tablespoons
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step 1
Peel the potatoes and, without cutting them, boil in salted water. Once cooked, drain the potatoes in a colander, let the water drain, transfer to a bowl, and mash well with a wooden pestle or spoon.
Step 2
Mix the mashed potatoes with cottage cheese, add the raw egg, 1/2 cup of flour, sugar, and salt. Stir everything well, place on a table, form patties from the cottage cheese mixture, coat them in flour, and fry on both sides in oil until golden brown.
Step 3
Serve the pancakes hot with cold sour cream. You can also prepare them with raisins. For this, add 50 g of raisins, cleaned of stems and washed, to the cottage cheese mixture.
