Description
For my oven, 25 minutes was clearly not enough; I had to bake them for 40 minutes.
Ingredients
- Sugar - 7.1 oz
- 20% Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Wheat Flour - 15.9 oz
- Salt - 0.2 oz
- Vanilla salt - 1.1 oz
- Whole egg - 0.7 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, beat the sour cream and eggs with sugar. Add the butter and beat again. Sift the flour with baking powder and salt into a bowl, and knead a soft dough.
Step 2
For the filling, mash the cottage cheese with vanilla sugar until smooth.
Step 3
Roll out the dough to 5 mm thick, cut out circles with a diameter of 9–10 cm. Place 1 tablespoon of filling on each circle. Cover with the free edge (do not pinch!). Place on a baking sheet, brush with egg yolk, and bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 20–25 minutes, until golden brown.
