Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 10.6 oz
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Carrot - 17.6 oz
  • Wheat Flour - ½ cup
  • Chicken Egg - 1 piece
  • Vegetable Oil - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Wash the carrots, peel them, cut into thin slices, place in a pot, add ¼ cup of water, and add ½ tablespoon of oil. Then, cover the pot with a lid, place the carrots on the heat, and simmer, watching to ensure they do not burn. If all the water evaporates and the carrots are still hard, add 1–2 tablespoons of water, so that by the time the carrots are ready, all the water has evaporated.

Step 2

Pass the cooked carrots through a fine sieve, mix with the mashed cottage cheese, add ½ cup of flour or semolina, the raw egg, sugar, salt, and mix everything together. Divide the dough into pieces and shape into patties.

Step 3

Fry until golden brown.
