Description

Caloric content is 326 kcal per 100 grams. You can significantly reduce the calorie content of the pie by doing the following: 1 — Reduce the layer of dough (it turns out very tasty). Use 1 cup (180 grams) of flour, 3 tablespoons of sugar, 100 grams of butter, 2 eggs, and replace sour cream with yogurt. In the filling, instead of 200 grams of sugar, use 3 tablespoons. Do not add flour to the filling. 2 — For the first layer of crumbs, place soft fruit cut into thin slices (banana, peach, pear). This way, the calorie content of the dish will be 221 kcal per 100 grams.

  • Wheat Flour - 14.1 oz
  • Butter - 8.8 oz
  • Sugar - 12.3 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Cocoa Powder - 3 spoons
  • Vanillin - 0.4 oz
  • Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 356°F.

Step 2

Grease a cake pan (I have a 24 cm springform) with butter and lightly dust it with flour.

Step 3

If the cottage cheese is grainy, it should be passed through a sieve.

Step 4

Beat the eggs with sugar (200 grams) and vanilla sugar, then add to the cottage cheese. Also, add sour cream and flour (2 tablespoons), and mix well.

Step 5

In a bowl, crumble the flour, butter, cocoa powder, and 150 grams of sugar together with your hands.

Step 6

Spread most of the crumb mixture evenly at the bottom of the dish, pour the filling on top, and then sprinkle the remaining crumb mixture evenly over it.

Step 7

Bake the pie for 45–50 minutes, until it is set.

Step 8

Allow the finished pie to cool in the pan for 20 minutes, then carefully transfer it to a plate and let it cool completely.

Step 9

You can leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
