Description

Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Buttermilk - 1½ cups
- Oat flakes - 1½ cups
- Chocolate eggs - 4 pieces
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Dried Apricots - to taste
- Prunes - to taste
- Bran - 3.5 oz
- Butter - to taste
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Soak the oat flakes in buttermilk and let them swell (you can heat them in the microwave on low power to speed up the process).
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese with the eggs and mash until smooth.
Step 3
Add the buttermilk and oat mixture to the cottage cheese mixture. Mix thoroughly (a mixer can be used).
Step 4
Add bran, chopped prunes, dried apricots, and sprinkle with cinnamon to the mixture. Stir well.
Step 5
Grease the multicooker bowl with butter and pour the future pie mixture into it, spreading it evenly.
Step 6
Set the multicooker to the 'Baking/Bread' mode for 1 hour.
Step 7
After cooking, leave the pie in the closed multicooker for 15 minutes.
