- Margarine - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 1½ cups
- Sugar - 4.2 oz
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Prepare the dough. Grate the margarine on a coarse grater, add flour, baking soda, and half a cup of sugar. Mix everything together and divide into 2 parts. The dough should be crumbly.
Step 2
Prepare the filling by mixing the cottage cheese with the eggs and 1 tablespoon of sugar.
Step 3
On a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil, spread half of the dough, top with the cottage cheese filling, and then the remaining half of the dough. Bake in the oven at 392°F for 30 minutes.
