Step by Step guide
Step 1
For the dough, mix 150 grams of flour, 50 grams of butter, 1 teaspoon of salt, 40 grams of sugar, and an egg. Add milk (just a little if you want it crumbly).
Step 2
For the filling, mix 400 grams of cottage cheese, an egg, and 40 grams of sugar. Top with apricots and berries.
Step 3
Bake for 40 minutes at 356°F.
