Ingredients
- Butter - 5.3 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Vanilla salt - 2 teaspoons
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 12.3 oz
- Potato protein - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Shortcrust pastry. Rub the butter with half of the sugar and vanilla sugar, add the egg and mix. Add the baking powder and flour - knead a not too stiff dough. Grease the mold with butter. Spread the dough, level it, and create edges.
Step 2
Cottage cheese and berry filling. Prepare the filling: separate the egg whites from the yolks, rub the yolks with sugar, add the cottage cheese and starch, and mix well. Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt. Add the egg whites to the cottage cheese mixture and gently mix. Spread the cottage cheese mixture over the dough and level it.
Step 3
Mash the berries with 1 tablespoon of sugar and place them on top of the cottage cheese mixture. Create patterns with a fork and place the berries on top.
Step 4
Place in a preheated oven at 356°F and bake for 1 hour.
