Description

Cooked in a multicooker — 1 hour. To easily remove the baked goods from the multicooker, you can use strips of parchment paper. Baked in the oven — 1 hour. It is best to taste the pie when it is completely cooled.

Ingredients

  • Vanilla salt - 1 tablespoon
  • Wheat Flour - 8.1 oz
  • Butter - 4.2 oz
  • Milk - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - a pinch
  • Whole egg - 1 piece
  • Powdered Sugar - 2 tablespoons
  • Cottage cheese - 12.3 oz
  • Frozen Cherimoya Fruits - 10.6 oz
  • Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
  • Sugar - 7.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
  • Potato protein - 2 tablespoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the crust: flour — 230 grams; frozen butter — 120 grams; cold milk or water — 2 tablespoons; a pinch of salt; powdered sugar — 2 tablespoons; egg yolk — 1; vanilla sugar — 1 packet.

Step 2

For the filling: pitted cherries — 300 grams; cottage cheese — 350 grams; fatty sour cream — 100 grams; sugar — 180–200 grams (about 3/4 cup); eggs — 2 pieces; vanilla sugar — 1 packet; starch — 2 tablespoons without a heaping.

Step 3

Sift the flour and mix it with salt and powdered sugar.

Step 4

Take the butter out of the freezer and grate it directly into the flour. Use your hands to rub the flour with the butter until it resembles crumbs.

Step 5

Pour in one tablespoon of milk first, then the second. Quickly gather the dough into a ball.

Step 6

The bowl of the multicooker (baking dish) should already be greased with butter or lard.

Step 7

Place the dough in the multicooker (baking dish) and stretch it with your fingers, leaving fairly high edges. They should be less than half the height of the multicooker bowl (baking dish). Prick the dough gently with a fork and let it chill in the refrigerator for a bit.

Step 8

During this time, prepare the filling. Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, add sour cream, sugar, vanilla, beaten eggs, starch, and mix until smooth.

Step 9

Drain the cherries from excess juice and lightly sprinkle them with starch. This is to prevent any wet spots around the berries.

Step 10

Pour the cottage cheese filling into the dough crust.

Step 11

Place the cherries on top, pressing them slightly into the cottage cheese base.

Step 12

Bake in the multicooker on the 'Baking' mode for one hour. After the signal, leave it on the warming mode for 10–20 minutes.

Step 13

For the oven, the baking time is 45 minutes at a temperature of 356°F.
