Ingredients

  • Sugar - 8.8 oz
  • Butter - 5.3 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 2 pieces
  • Semi-soft cream cheese - 14.1 oz
  • Vanilla salt - 0.7 oz
  • Semolina - 1 cup
  • Wheat Flour - 1 cup

Step by Step guide

Step 1

For the dough, mix the flour, butter, semolina, and sugar (200 g).

Step 2

Next, prepare the filling: separate the egg yolks from the whites and whip the whites until frothy. Mix the cottage cheese with sugar (50 g) and vanilla sugar, add the yolks, and gently fold in the whites.

Step 3

Take a baking dish (I used a rectangular one). Layer the ingredients: the first layer is the crumbly dough, then spread the cottage cheese mixture, followed by another layer of dough, the filling, and the final layer of dough. Then, cut the butter into pieces and distribute it evenly over the surface of the pie.

Step 4

Place the pie in the oven at 356°F and bake for no more than 35 minutes.
