- Chicken Egg - 6 pieces
- Vegetable Oil - 4 fl oz
- Milk - 4 fl oz
- Wheat Flour - 11.3 oz
- Sugar - 10.6 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Vanilla Sugar - 0.3 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.4 oz
- Jam - 1.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix cottage cheese (500 g) with eggs (2 pieces) and sugar (100 g), adding milk as needed; the filling should not be too runny.
Step 2
Beat eggs (4 pieces) with sugar (200 g) until the mixture increases in volume, becomes thick and light. Add milk (125 ml) and vegetable oil (115 ml), and beat again. Add the flour mixed with baking powder to the mixture and stir.
Step 3
Pour the batter onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Use a piping bag to drizzle the filling over the batter in diagonal stripes. Place a bit of jam in the resulting squares.
Step 4
Bake in an oven preheated to 180 °C for 40-50 minutes. The cottage cheese and jam will partially sink into the batter while baking.
