Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 4 pieces
- Sugar - 14.1 oz
- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Sour Cream - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 7.1 oz
- Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
- Raisins - 1 tablespoon
- Vanilla salt - a pinch
- Activated Baking Soda - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat 2 egg yolks with 100 g of sugar, add butter, dissolve baking soda in sour cream, add it and mix well. Gradually add flour and a pinch of salt. Knead the dough.
Step 2
Separately, beat cottage cheese with 100 g of sugar, add 2 egg yolks (all egg whites will be used for the meringue), then add raisins, vanilla, and mix.
Step 3
Pour this mixture over our dough and place it in the oven, which has been preheated to 356°F.
Step 4
Meringue: beat 200 g of sugar with 4 egg whites (it's better to keep the egg whites in the refrigerator until this time).
Step 5
Remove the finished pie, spread the meringue beautifully on top, and return it to the oven for about 10 minutes to brown.
