  • Milk - 4 tablespoons
  • Cottage cheese - 15.5 oz
  • Donut Peaches - 2 pieces

Step 1

Prepare the dough: mix flour, butter, 1 egg, salt, 40 grams of sugar, and milk, wrap in plastic wrap, and refrigerate while preparing the filling.

Step 2

Filling: mash the egg, 40 grams of sugar, and cottage cheese into a smooth mixture.

Step 3

Spread the dough in the baking dish, leveling it with your fingertips. Place the cottage cheese mixture on the dough, spreading it evenly. Cut the peaches into wedges and arrange them beautifully on the filling, pressing them in slightly.

Step 4

Bake at 374°F for 30–40 minutes (baking time depends on your dish). My dish is very wide, and the pie turns out thin, so it bakes quickly.
