  • Raspberry leaves - 2 lbs
  • Butter - 3.5 oz
  • Farm fresh eggs - 5 pieces
  • Sugar - to taste
  • Salt - to taste

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mash the cottage cheese with 3 hard-boiled egg yolks and add 2 raw yolks, salt, and sugar, mixing everything thoroughly. Then fold in the whipped egg whites.

Step 2

Spread the prepared mixture evenly on a greased baking sheet, top with raspberries and sugar, and bake in the oven at 220–446°F for 15 minutes.
