- Brandy - 1 fl oz
- Butter - 8.8 oz
- Cottage cheese - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Potato protein - 0.5 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Cream - 1 fl oz
- Citrus Zest Mix - 1 piece
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Rub the butter into the flour, add water, brandy or rum, and knead the dough.
Step 2
In the mashed cottage cheese, add sugar, egg, starch, cream, lemon zest, and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Roll out the puff pastry into a rectangular sheet, cut into equal squares, place the cottage cheese mixture in the center of each, pinch all four corners. Brush with beaten egg. Bake until golden brown. Sprinkle the finished pastries with powdered sugar.
