Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 8.8 oz
- Sugar - 1.8 oz
- Chocolate eggs - 2 pieces
- Dried Apricots - 1.1 oz
- Sour Cream - 2 tablespoons
- Semolina - 4.2 oz
- Vanillin - a pinch
- Butter - 1.1 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Mix the egg yolks with sugar and softened butter, add vanillin, and whisk everything with a fork.
Step 2
Add cottage cheese, sour cream, and semolina, and blend everything with a hand blender.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites until frothy and fold them into the batter.
Step 4
Grease the baking dish with butter, sprinkle with breadcrumbs or flour, and pour in the batter.
Step 5
Sprinkle with finely chopped dried apricots (if the dried apricots are very dry, soak them in boiling water beforehand to soften).
Step 6
Bake for 60 minutes at 356°F.
Step 7
Transfer to a serving plate, and decorate with berries and sour cream.
