- Vanilla salt - 0.4 oz
- Baking Powder - 0.5 oz
- Milk - 2 spoons
- Wheat Flour - 8.8 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese - 8.8 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Whisk together the cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar, and salt until smooth. Sift the flour with the baking powder and knead into a soft, sticky dough.
Step 2
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and grease it with sunflower oil.
Step 3
With wet hands, shape the rolls, place them on a baking sheet, and bake in a preheated oven at 374°F for about 12 minutes.
Step 4
Then take out the buns, brush them with milk (using a pastry brush), and if desired, sprinkle a little sugar on top. Return them to the oven for another 3–5 minutes, until they are golden brown.
