- Semi-soft cream cheese - 5.3 oz
- Dr. Oetker baking powder - 0.4 oz
- Chicken Egg - 1 piece

Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the yolk from the white. Whip the egg white with sugar, add cottage cheese, milk, and oil. Mix well.
Step 2
Sift the flour with baking powder, vanilla sugar, and salt. Add the flour to the egg-cottage cheese mixture and knead the dough.
Step 3
Divide the dough into 8 pieces. From each piece of dough, roll out three strands (each strand 15 cm long). Braid them together.
Step 4
Lightly beat the egg yolk with a fork. Place the rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil, and brush with the egg yolk. Sprinkle with any toppings of your choice — poppy seeds, sprinkles, or colored coconut flakes.
Step 5
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F for 15–20 minutes.
