Description
It is important that the cottage cheese is NOT dry and the vegetables are not wilted. It is better to use slightly salty cheese; you can use several types of cheese, for example, mix Russian cheese, Maasdam, and diced blue cheese. You can also add tomatoes, grated pumpkin (for aroma), or any other juicy vegetables.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Orange Bell Peppers - ½ piece
- Cucumbers - 1 piece
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese - 3 tablespoons
- Herbs - to taste
- Herbes de Provence - to taste

Step 1
Chop the cucumbers and bell pepper coarsely, finely chop the herbs (dill, cilantro, basil), and mix them with the coarsely grated cheese.
Step 2
Add the cottage cheese and Provençal herbs.
