Description

This quick pie is very easy to prepare and turns out juicy thanks to the fruits. The almond petals can be replaced with any nuts or omitted altogether. Also, any fruits or berries can be used. It is best served warm with ice cream or simply cooled with tea.

  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Semolina - 7.1 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Fermented Milk - 13 fl oz
  • Sugar - 3.5 oz
  • Salt - 0.7 oz
  • Apple - 1 piece
  • Pear - 1 piece
  • Almond - 2 tablespoons
