  • Natural Yogurt - 7.1 oz
  • "Dr. Oetker Vanilla Sugar" - to taste
  • Brown Sugar - 4 spoons

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Remove the cottage cheese from the package and mash it with a fork in a bowl.

Step 2

Add the eggs and sugar.

Step 3

Incorporate yogurt into the mixture; if desired, it can be substituted with kefir or sour cream.

Step 4

Thoroughly mix the dough; for a lighter texture, you can beat it with a mixer.

Step 5

You can also add any fruits, dried fruits, candied fruits, or nuts (I prefer natural ones) if desired.

Step 6

Pour the resulting mixture into a silicone mold; this way, there's no need to grease the mold with oil.

Step 7

Bake in the oven at 392°F for 40 minutes, turning the dish clockwise during baking to ensure even cooking. Cook until golden brown.

Step 8

Allow the finished casserole to cool.
