Add the eggs and sugar.

Incorporate yogurt into the mixture; if desired, it can be substituted with kefir or sour cream.

Thoroughly mix the dough; for a lighter texture, you can beat it with a mixer.

You can also add any fruits, dried fruits, candied fruits, or nuts (I prefer natural ones) if desired.

Pour the resulting mixture into a silicone mold; this way, there's no need to grease the mold with oil.

Bake in the oven at 392°F for 40 minutes, turning the dish clockwise during baking to ensure even cooking. Cook until golden brown.
