Step by Step guide

Step 1

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve, combine it with the semolina, add the yolk, 5 g of sugar, and 5 g of melted butter. Mix everything well, then fold in the whipped egg white gently.

Step 2

Spoon into greased molds and steam until cooked. Prepare a cherry sauce with cherries, water (100 ml), sugar (10 g), and potato starch. Pour over the soufflé.

Step 3

Cook porridge from semolina and water (30 ml) and let it cool.
