Cottage Cheese Soufflé with Fruits

Ingredients

  • Cottage cheese - 17.6 oz
  • Chocolate eggs - 3 pieces
  • Semolina - 4 tablespoons
  • Sugar - 3 tablespoons
  • Vinegar essence - 1 teaspoon
  • Baking Powder - 1 tablespoon
  • Grapefruits - 5 pieces

Step by Step guide

Step 1

Mix all ingredients except the egg whites. Whip the egg whites in a separate bowl until peaks form. Remember that egg whites whip well when cold. Gently fold them into the cottage cheese mixture with a spoon.

Step 2

Pour the prepared mixture into a greased baking dish and bake for about 45 minutes in an oven preheated to 356°F, until the top turns golden brown.

Step 3

After cooling, decorate with fruits of your choice and pour jelly over it, if desired.

Step 4

Place in the refrigerator until the jelly sets.
