Description
Peaches can be used instead of apricots.
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg - 3 pieces
- Low-fat lactose-free milk - 17.6 oz
- Starch film - 1 tablespoon
- Semolina - 3 spoons
- Sugar - 2 spoons
- Pitted Wild Apricots - 10.6 oz
- Ground Cinnamon - to taste
- Powdered Sugar - to taste
- Butter - 0.2 oz
- Salt - a pinch
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Separate the yolks from the whites.
Step 2
Mix the cottage cheese, semolina, starch, sugar, and egg yolks.
Step 3
Whip the egg whites with a pinch of salt until soft peaks form.
Step 4
Gently mix the cottage cheese mixture and the egg whites — our batter is ready!
Step 5
Remove the pits from the apricots, resulting in two halves. Make shallow cuts on the top of each apricot to create a crisscross pattern.
Step 6
All that's left is to grease the baking dish with oil, pour in the cottage cheese mixture, and arrange the prepared apricots on top.
Step 7
Bake at 356°F for about 25–30 minutes. Once you take the tart out of the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar and ground cinnamon.
