- Butter - 3.5 oz
- Wheat Flour - 17.6 oz
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Cottage cheese - 8.1 oz
- Vanillin - 2 pieces
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Beat the egg, sugar, and melted butter with a mixer.
Step 2
Add the baking soda, cottage cheese, vanillin, and flour to the mixture. Knead the dough. Divide it into three parts, roll each part into a sheet 0.5 cm thick, cut into triangles, place any filling (fruits, jam, nuts, etc.) on the wide edge, and roll into a croissant.
Step 3
Bake in the oven at 356°F for 15–20 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
