Ingredients
- Parsley - to taste
- Cottage cheese - 3.5 oz
- Olive Oil - to taste
- Salt - to taste
- Cucumbers - 2 pieces

Step 1
Place the desired amount of cottage cheese on a plate.
Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil. One to two teaspoons for 100 g of cottage cheese will be sufficient.
Step 3
Remove the thick part of the parsley stem, finely chop the herbs, and add them to the cottage cheese (you can use basil, either separately or together with parsley; dried basil works well too).
Step 4
Add salt and mix the ingredients.
Step 5
Slice the cucumber into wedges or thin rounds and arrange them on the plate with the cottage cheese. The green vegetables will add freshness to the dish. Enjoy your meal!
