- Wheat Flour - 2 cups
- Margarine - 7.1 oz
- Sugar - 5 tablespoons
- Activated Baking Soda - 1 teaspoon
- Sour Cream - 7.1 oz
- Cranberry - 3.5 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
Chop the flour with margarine until crumbly. Add sugar, baking soda mixed with vinegar, and sour cream.
Step 2
Knead the dough well and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 3
Roll the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick and cut out circles. Place a few cranberries on each, fold, and seal like a dumpling.
Step 4
Bake on a greased baking sheet for 20 minutes at 250-280°C.
