  • Sunflower Seeds - 1 tablespoon
  • Bran - 0.5 oz
  • Honey - 2 spoons
  • Vanilla extract - ¼ spoons
  • Salt - to taste

Prepare all the ingredients.

In a bowl, mix together yogurt, cranberry juice, rolled oats (they should be coarse, not quick-cooking), cranberries, sunflower seeds, bran, honey, vanilla, and a pinch of salt.
