Cranberry Truffles in Walnut Crumble
Ingredients
- Cream (40%) - ¾ cup
- Liquid dark chocolate - 10.6 oz
- Dried cranberries with sugar - 1.4 oz
- Roasted Peanuts - 4.6 oz
Step by Step guide
Step 1
In a saucepan, heat the cream, but do not let it boil.
Step 2
Remove from heat and add the chopped chocolate. Mix well until smooth and add the cranberries.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours until the mixture thickens and can be shaped.
Step 4
Form balls the size of walnuts from the chocolate mixture and return to the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, lightly chop the walnuts and place them on a plate.
Step 6
Roll the truffles in the walnuts, then gently roll them in your hands. Transfer to a plate and refrigerate until serving.
